About My Practice

I collaborate with clients seeking to overcome shame and move toward living more authentically. This often includes addressing anxiety, shifting negative coping strategies, resolving relational challenges, exploring the roots of belief systems, and developing new, empowering narratives. I also provide psychoeducation and support the creation of personalized sexual health plans.

I offer a non-judgmental, strength-based, trauma-informed, and affirming space where you can envision and enact meaningful change. I believe that sexual health is a vital part of overall well-being, and I work with you to develop approaches that align with your values while meeting your sexual and emotional needs in healthier ways.

Who I Work With

I work with adults of all genders and orientations who are navigating:

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Shifting attachment patterns

  • The impact of shame, stigma, or discrimination

  • Sexual and erotic conflicts

  • Clarifying sexual values and identities

  • Out-of-control sexual behaviors (alternative to “sex addiction”)

  • Sexual compulsivity or atypical attraction

  • Inexperience or late-in-life sexual development

  • Recovery from the impact of hypermasculinity

  • Life post-290 registration (post-supervision)

  • Disordered eating or body image concerns

  • Mental Health for Sex Workers

I also offer supportive services to partners and loved ones impacted by sexual behavior concerns. My work incorporates Restorative Justice principles and the Good Lives Model to support healing, accountability, and risk reduction in a compassionate and community-centered manner.

I do not currently serve pre-trial or court-mandated clients, and therefore, I am unable to provide assessments or reports for judicial purposes.

Finding the right provider for you

Your relationship with your therapist can make all the difference. I want my clients to feel safe, accepted, understood, and able to show up as their whole, authentic self.
